Sumatra Aceh, Organic

Our Sumatra Aceh, Organic is a rich, full-bodied coffee grown by the Koperasi Buana Mandiri cooperative in the highlands of Bener Meriah, Aceh Province. Certified Fairtrade and Organic since 2015, this co-op of over 2,000 smallholder farmers produces coffee using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulled) process unique to Indonesia. The result is a cup with deep, earthy complexity, notes of dark chocolate and pepper, and a smooth, mellow acidity. A true taste of Sumatra’s rugged mountains—bold, grounded, and unforgettable.
