COLOMBIA HUILA DOUBLE FERMENT
This week, we’re featuring Colombia Huila Double Ferment, a distinctive lot grown by 50 smallholder farmers at high elevations across South Huila. The coffee undergoes two carefully monitored 48-hour fermentations before being washed and sun-dried. The result is a sweet, creamy cup with notes of apple juice, cinnamon, melon, and almond milk, followed by a short, nutty finish with a hint of warm spice.
