Served at our espresso bars, Red Rooster will make your own espresso drinks amazingly chocolatey and malty-sweet, with the aromas and flavors of cherries, vanilla, and caramel. As a brewed coffee, Red Rooster Espresso yields a complex cup of coffee with deep flavor and a sweet spicy finish. Our recommended espresso recipe which we use in our cafes is: 19-21 grams of espresso, brewed to 33-35 grams beverage mass ( or by volume 1.5oz +-.25oz), in 25-30 seconds.
