This past summer, SeaBear procured a small amount of fish from this summer's abundant Fraser River run. When it landed at the Smokehouse, we heard "wow, these fish look nice!" - which says a lot considering the amount of fish our team sees. They went to work filleting and smoking the Sockeye, and when it came time for Daily Sampling (employees throughout the company sample and critique the products we make each day), we knew we had something really special, with the buzz heard throughout the smokehouse. We have sourced this special fish once again and it continues to impress us!
