Variety: We roast as many as twenty different single origin coffees in addition to our year round coffee blends. Some coffees are available year round while others rotate on a seasonal basis. This allows us to offer new and exciting seasonal offerings while satisfying customer desires for consistent, dependable coffees.
Freshness: Our coffees are roasted in small batches at our roasting and production facility in downtown Ithaca. Our coffee is roasted and blended to order. In most cases your coffee will leave our facility within 24-48 hours, bringing you the freshest coffee experience possible.
We offer twice-a-week complimentary local delivery within the Ithaca area and bi-weekly deliveries around southern and western New York. We also offer competitive shipping options for those outside of our delivery radius.
After meeting with you about your needs, we can help you acquire equipment that best suits your business at below-retail prices. We supply from our recommended equipment manufacturers like La Marzocco, Mazzer, Fetco, and Bunn.
We offer our own professionally produced training videos as well as both on-site and off-site trainings.
With our off-site training we invite you and your staff members for a workshop in our dedicated training center in our coffee roasting and production facility. Off-site training at our facility focuses on training your trainers. Your managers will become competent trainers, capable of imparting the skills and knowledge they have acquired to your staff.
The focus of our on-site training target instructing your staff on a more targeted set of skills in you cafe. Topics including latte art, bar efficiency, descriptive coffee sales terminology, and more.
We would love to help you develop a level of ownership over your coffee program. We can work with you to develop a retail packaged coffee that includes a proprietary label with your company name or logo alongside ours.
