The 2015 Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing wine with citrusy lemon, tart apple and sweet melon flavors and aromas. It is a nicely balanced wine with good weight and a clean finish. Utilizing both tank and barrels for fermenting accentuates the crisp fruit flavors and increases complexity. 9% Semillon was blended in for enhanced sweet, round flavors and mouth-feel.
Delicate, light straw in color with a complex balanced aroma of lime, white stone fruits, nectarine and butterscotch.This wine was cellared on creamy yeast lees for 9 months in finely grained French Oak, giving this beauty its luxurious mouth feel in harmony with the wonderful fruit.
This dry riesling is mineral driven on the nose and all fruit on the palate. Lime peel, apple, and pears on the palate. Nice acidity makes for a bright wine with a lasting finish. A superb and versatile food wine. Its slightly round mouth feel makes it a perfect match for fin fish, seafood, chicken, pork and mild cheeses.

Santi Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a Ripasso-method Valpolicella. Cherry, spice and earth drive the wine on the bouquet as well as the palate. The wine is medium in body, soft in the mouth and finishes clean and dry. This wine shows the elegant, drier style of Ripasso.

Cooper & Thief is a dark and jammy red blend loaded with bourbon-inspired flavors and aromas. Aging for three months in ex-bourbon barrels gives way to soft velvety tannins, with a subtle heat. The combined result is a rich flavor with a long, lingering finish.
