![]() At Ithaca Coffee Company we take our Coffee Roasting very seriously. We carefully select top quality beans from around the world, roasting and blending all the coffee we sell. Jim Duncan (seen left), our Master Roaster, has been perfecting his craft for over 20 years. We first purchased a 25# Sivitz fluid-bed coffee roaster in 1984. In January, 2005, Ithaca Coffee Company replaced the 25# roaster with a ΒΌ bag (35#) Sivitz roaster. Our roaster is located in a window at the back of our Triphammer store, where customers can see the roasting process in action. |
