This coffee is made from beans from the ANEI Co-op in the Sierra Nevada mountains of northern Colombia. For this coffee we roast the beans to a rich, dark French roast, resulting in a completely different coffee than our medium roast of the same beans. The coffee has a lot of dark chocolate flavor together with a smoky sweet pipe tobacco aroma. It has a rich full body with a smooth balanced acidity. The coffee has a dry lingering finish with spicy notes of cinnamon and allspice.
