This coffee from the highlands of Jamaica has an aroma of caramel, vanilla beans, and citrus, with a velvety medium-full body and a smooth acidity. Fruity at first with flavors of cherries and citrus, it is well complimented by a nutty middle and a lingering cocoa finish. This coffee is incredibly smooth and mellow, but with an amazing depth of flavor.
