Oolong/White/Pu Erh Tea
Oolong teas are semi-fermented, sharing the best qualities of both black and green teas. Mainly from China and Formosa (Taiwan), they are full-bodied teas with a fragrant flavor and a fruity, sweet aroma.
White teas are the most delicate of teas. They are subtle, complex, and naturally sweet, with a pale yellow cup color and a fresh flavor. Pu Erh teas have long been used in China for their medicial properties. They have an earthy flavor, a deep red amber color, and a rich hardiness--yet they are low in caffeine.
